Second Floor:"The Downtown Asakusa Story"
Travel back in time inside this recreation of historic downtown Asakusa. People who remember the old days feel nostalgic. People who don't know the story are intrigued. For some reason everyone feels comfortable here. Downtown is really great isn't it!

"The Asakusa Library"
You can read all about Asakusa here. We have a collection of around 4000 Japanese books. Asakusa has a very rich history and this a great place to study or just browse (sorry, no borrowing).

"The History of Life and Electricity"
exhibit An ongoing series displaying articles from newspaper archives describing life, electricity, and historic events. Also on the third floor, additional Tepco Asakusa's organized events and community activites.
